We make it easier for clients to invest in our equipment by offering free shipping options on all orders for many countries worldwide. Our packaging standards are also very high, to ensure your machines arrive in perfect condition.
Which couriers are used for delivery?
For delivery within the USA, FedEx or Yanwen is normally used.
International orders are shipped by various shipping partners including UPS, DHL and FedEx, as well as domestic couriers, depending on your country and region.
Important: We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses. Please provide a physical shipping address such as a home or office address.
Also Important: Some machines are in USA stock, but not all. If we ship your machine from the overseas factory warehouse, you will NOT have to pay any tariff if your delivery address is in USA, UK, or Canada, because we use insured tax free delivery. Other countries also can enjoy tax free service. Please check with us first.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and can track your order via our website: Track Order. Or you can use the shipping carrier's website, as you prefer.
Will I need to pay customs duties?
For USA clients, we keep a large stock of inventory within the California, United States warehouse. For customized products or for products that become out of stock in our USA warehouse, orders will be sent from overseas. The freight forwarding service handles the import clearance. USA clients will not be responsible for paying customs duties.
We are also pleased to offer tax free delivery, including complete customs clearance service, for many other countries. Please contact us for more details to verify eligibility.
